SUMMER MORNING BREAKFAST

OATS AND BANANA SMOOTHI

Serve 2 glasses

INGREDIENTS

1 Banana
1 tbsp Oats
50gm Mango pieces
150 ml milk
1tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
                                                          

                               

STEP
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 2 to 4 minute.
Pour the mixture into 2 glasses.

KIWI  AND MANGO SMOOTHIE

Serve 2 glasses

INGREDIENTS
2 peeled Kiwi fruit
1 small Mango peeled and chopped
500 ml Pineapple juice
1 small Banana sliced               

                                                       

STEP
Put all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth .
Pour into 2 glasses.

MANGO SMOOTHIE

Serve 2 glasses

INGREDIENTS
4 ripe Mango
500 gm curd
2 tsp cardamom powder
1 1/2 tbsp honey
Lime juice to taste
pinch of salt                                                    
                                                                                     

STEP
Put all the ingredients in a food processor jar except lime juice.
Blend until smooth. Add lime juice
and pinch of salt.stir.
Pour into glasses and stir well.Add ice cubes.

A GLASS OF VITAMIN

Serve 2 glasses

INGREDIENTS
1 Orange chopped
1 Carrot chopped
2 to 3 celery chopped
1/2 Mango chopped
200 mlwater                                                                            
                                                

STEP
Put all the ingredients in a blender, add 100 ml of water.
Blend until smooth. Transfer in a glass.
Add remaining 100 ml of water and stir well.

FROZEN CUBES OF COFFEE SMOOTHIE

serve a glass

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup regular brewed coffee
1/2 Banana chopped
1/2 tsp Almond butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp honey                                   
                                                                          

STEP
Pour the brewed  coffee into ice cube tray.
Freeze to make cubes.
place this cubes and all ingredients into the blender.
Blend until smooth.Pour and enjoy a glass of coffee smoothie.

RAITA SMOOTHIE

Serve a glass

INGREDIENTS
1 Cucumber
1/2 cup curd
few mint leaves
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. Pomegranate seeds
few drops of Lemon juice
2 to 3 ice cubes
                                                                     
 STEP
Combine cucumber,curd,salt,mint leaves,ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Add pomegranate seeds and blend to lightly crushed.
Serve in a glass.

ORANGE AND YOGURT SMOOTHIE.

Serve 2 glasses

INGREDIENTS
3 Oranges
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 0r 2 tbsp honey as per sweeter taste
few ice cubes     
                                                                               
STEP
ADD all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

GREEN APPLE AND PAPAYA SMOOTHIE

Serve 2 glasses

INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped Green apple
1 1/2 cup chopped Papaya
few Orange segments
1/2 cup curd
1/4 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
few ice cubes
                                                             

STEP
Combine all the ingredients and blend till smooth and frothy.
Pour in glasses and serve.

SPINACH & CHIA SEEDS SMOOTHIE This smoothie is a great way to start a day.Vitamin packed Spinach chia seeds smoothie is healthy breakfast and great way to get fuelled up for aday.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Spinach roughly chopped
1 tbsp. Chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup Pineapple chunks
1 Banana
Serve 2 glasses
                         

STEP
