METHOD
Heat oil in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds. Add hing.
Add turmeric powder and banana roundles. Mix well
Add redchilli powder. Dhaniajeera powder, salt and mix well.
Cook on a medium flame for a minute.
Stir very well.
Add ondhiyu masala or methya masala.
Mix well. Add sugar.mix well
Add dhania and serve immediately.
KELA NO SAMBHARO It is typical gujarati preparation like kobi no sambharo from cabbage, gajar no sambharo from carrot and green chillies,serve as side dish.For this recipe ,we need banana,neither raw nor too ripe.

Add 1 tsp of curd to mustardpowder and mix very well.
Add into curd. Add dhania, pudina greenchilli,salt and suagar.
Mix very well and add banana pieces.
Garnsih with barik sav/bundi. Serve with Thepla,paratha.

1 tsp urad dal and chanadal
1tbsp grated coconut

1 whole red chilli
salt to taste
chopped dhania
METHOD
Cook banana with skin in cooker or in a boiling water.
once cool peel and chopped banana in medium pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustardseeds,hing and curry leaves.
when pop add both dal and roast.
Add broken whole redchilli.roast for a minute.
Add banana,turmericpowder,salt and sambharpowder. Mix well.
Cook on mediumflame for 2 minutes.
Remove pan from flame and add grated coconut and dhania.

1/2 tsp saunf powder

METHOD
Boiled and peeled banana. Cut in medium pieces.
Grate tomato and keep aside .
Heat oil in a nonstick kadia.
Add cuminseeds and hing.
when crackle add grated tomato and stir continuously to make thick gravy.
Add banana pieces and mix well.
Add turmeric powder,saunf powder,salt and mix well.
Add blackpepper powder and cook on slowflame for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and remove pan from flame. Mix well.
Garnish with dhania

INGREDIENTS
4raw banana boiled and peeled.
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Pinch of hing
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4.tsp redchilli powder
1 tsp dhania powder
Salt to taste
2tbsp chopped dhania
1 green chilli chopped
1tsp ginger paste
Curd
METHOD
Mash banana properly. Heat oil in a thick bottom pan
Add cumin seeds and pinch of hing.
Add turmeric powder, dhania powder, green chilli and ginger paste. Sprinkle water. Saute well. Add mashed banana and mix well. Add redchilli powder and salt. Add dhania and mix well.
Add curd while serving with Roti,paratha,jeera rice or masala bhat.

INGREDIENTS
1raw banana
2 medium potato
2 onion
2 tomato
small piece of ginger
5to 6.garlic pods
3tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cuminseeds
Pinch of hing
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
METHOD
Cut thick slice of banana and potato.
Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry potato and banana separately. Keep aside.
Prepare paste of onion, ginger and garlic.
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. When crackle add cumin seeds and hing.
Add onion paste and cook well.
Add tomato and cook until soft.
Add turmeric powder, redchilli powder and salt.
Add fried banana and potato and mix well.
Add 21/2 cup water and let it boil.
Keep medium gasflame and stir well.
Once gravy become thick, remove pan from gasstove. Serve with steam rice.
